Hello at all ! A very good friend has bought a 3045 some time ago. When he visited me, he brought the locomotive, together with the French 3046 and the German BR44 3047, some freight cars too. We had a lot of fun with the big steamers on my layout. I made some pictures and a little video, hopefully you will enjoy it. Best regards Micha

Micha, Fabulous layout! Do you have a track plan or photos of the whole layout you can share? What size is it? Thanks! |

Thank you very much for your kind comments ! @5HorizonsRR: I just have a simple handmade plan: The layout is quite small, the biggest part can be folded up to the wall. My father built it in the late 1960's, the trackplan is mostly the old one. Later I added scenery and details Here some more pictures: Best regards Micha

Hi, Micha Sorry to be very late. I've just discovered your video and your pictures. It's fantastic!! These heavy articulated steamers are some of my Märklin preferred models. Thank you for sharing. Regards Joël |
