So, got out all the boxes, I don't generally count any of the Märklin I buy, not even the number of Loco's I've got. Right so this is solid center rail M track, I didn't count the straights or curves as there is plenty. 1935 to 1940..(16 sleeper track)...3 manual points. 1947 to 1955..26 electric points, 5 electric crossovers and 6 manual points. The 1935 track differs from the rest, the screw holes are in a different position and there is no cutouts in the base of the track. I have enough of this first year of M track to form a good sized circle. Ian.

For track that's around 60 years old they came boxed and in wonderful condition. Ian. Joined: 19/03/2004(UTC) Posts: 581 Location: Gorizia, Italy		Hi Ian, I bought in the shop several years ago two of these signals. The Marklin catalog number is 7050 and it is suitable for H0 gauge. The box includes the signal and one 1/2 length (90 mm) contact track with one rail isolated, so the signal is connected to the isolated rail and when the wheels close the contact between the two rails the light is lit (the same principle used to operate the electromagnetic railroad crossing). The box is made of brown cardboard, so I think the production date is around the 50's. Cheers Renato

The track on the bridge is 16 sleeper and the 2 screw holes are in the same position as on 1935 track, in the middle and on the outside of the track rails. Ian. They are meant to work with a contact track so that they "flash" as a train goes over the crossing. Very primitive, but it works! At one time I had them connected in that way on my old M track layout.

As you can see there not in good condition (you need to check the prices some of them are going for on e-bay...100 euro's+ each). Even in this condition I consider them a bit of a bargain. (5 euro's including postage each.) As you can see the banana van needs a roof, and also in one of the photo's I lifted the wagen off the track to let you see the condition of the wheels. So maybe, some help with locating wheels for this age of van. Ian. With only a couple of weeks to go to the longest day, we've not had much summer weather (not that we're used to much anyway), back in April we had a spell of good sunshine but not alot since then. Compared to what you guys have been through, there's no way I'm complaining, this is just how our summers are. I just got the water supply fitted to the Samsung Fridge/freezer this afternoon in the extension, so that's another little job done. Hopefully end of July will be house warming party, you'd be more than welcome to drop by. Ian.

Hmmm, According to Bigio's site : Bigio The 366NK.6, /7 and /8 ... the Märklin logo was below the crank ... ... the 366NK.9 and /10 .. logo was shifted behind it ... So, your left wagon is prolly older ^^, doesn't have rear railing either .. Yum
