Chris: You indeed need to be an Insider and login to the Insider pages.
Alok: Just tried again to watch the first few seconds and the video started fine. You could try again, maybe someone has changed some settings.

Thanks Wout,
I tried again this morning, same message. Might be an issue with my id, let me contact their technical support.
Chris - the site is club.maerklin.de but like Wout says you need to be an Insider member.

Your guess is as good as mine. The only thing to go by is a message from Marklin that the Marklin TV team needs rest 'too' and will be back after the Toy Fair. So the next espisode could be any day now ...

A very good news item, if you are interested in the way Marklin have re-presented themselves to the world.
The Nuremburg Toy Fair showcased not only their new products, but also their future philosophies for keeping the Marklin brandname at the forefront of the model train market.

Yes I have episodes 2 to 21 in English, with the exception of episode 12, which is in German.
If anyone has episode 1 and episode 12 in English, I would love to hear from you.
BTW, if you are an Insider member, you should be able to log into the Insider Club website and download the last 5 episodes.

What a great program.
Details of the CAD design of the 50.40 Franco Crosto were enlightening. Also the casting of the boilers and main frame was interesting.
Then on to Gyor where they show the painting of the Thalys and POS models of the TGV.
I must be a sucker, cause now I feel I want to expand my layout from era III to era VI. Aw shucks! I don't have the money.

Thanks, Joan!
I was pleased to see some scenes from Cologne Central Station - even though they mainly show the Thalys, not much else.

Who was it in Auckland that said the exhibition scene was changing and we should present smaller modularised layouts, obviously quite wrong and has no idea what he is talking about

This is a little off the topic, but relevant to the Marklin Club.
Has anyone entered the new competition that is being conducted? I think there's a small problem with guessing the number of Insider cooperation partners. I've checked the list that is in the magazine and there is one partner NOT listed. I've actually have been to this place and I used my card for a discount entry. Have I opened a can of worms?

Guys,
Re Insider Membership;
I have found the two times I joined that the American M website's on line form works OK for me. I originally joined up in 2004
Reason for two times is, in '08 for some reason they sent me an invoice which I refused to pay by T/T, cause of the cost of T/T. Late '09 I reregisterd, with C/C details on the US site and got first mailing 2010
English Log in page for the Insider Club;
http://club.maerklin.de/en/login.html
Click on "Marklin TV" to rhs of page and there are the current episodes in English
Enjoy

One of the features of episode 26 is the assembly of the FC Insider 2-10-0 loco. The whole cab of the loco seems to be all red. Is this correct? The promotional material on the loco showed the cab as being all black.

They are testing the assembly of the new loco - not all parts are made in the correct colour yet.
The loco will be sold with a black cab.
