Hello everybody.Yesterday i updated my new (Used) 60214 Maerklin CS and everything was working like a champ untill i got this message "An overload situation has occurred in the system.The central station can be started again after the cause has been corrected" and since then the CS has stopped giving power to my layout.Is there any solution to this problem?Shall i procceed in re updating or shall i sent it to maerklin for repair.Thank you

Hi!
Welcome to the forum!

First check you selected the correct power supply in the Setup screens.

Disconnect the CS2 from the track. If you still get the overload message then send it to Märklin.

If it works all alone, but gives the overload message again when connected to the track, then search for a short circuit on the layout.

Hi nice to be here.No there is no problem with the tracks and a short circuit was not present.The controller just informed me of an incident that did'nt actually occurred

Hi,I think you should still follow HO's advice and disconnect the CS from the track and and test
to confirm that the problem is with the controller.
