Joined: 16/05/2014(UTC) Posts: 5		Hi everyone. I have installed the 7286 turntable retrofitted with 7687 digital decoder in my diorama. I can control the turntable using page 15 of the CS2 keyboard screen. However I find it much better to control the diorama via the layout screen. Does anyone knows if I can insert the turntable in the layout screen and control it from there? Thank you Dinos.

Joined: 26/08/2012(UTC) Posts: 263 Location: Denver		Hi Dinos Welcome to the forum. It is possible to include a turntable on the layout screen. I have my turntable on a separate page but it can be incorporated anywhere on your layout screens as well. The turntable buttons are available under the "Solenoid accessory" selection. This is the item in the second row on the left hand side of the layout edit screen - the red item with the bar over the dot. This accessory must be placed on the correct grid square on the Layout and you then give the item a name and select the 7686/7 turntable as the "Type" of solenoid accessory in the Solenoid configuration screen. This activates the various buttons on the screen 15 in the "Output" selection item. Each of the "Outputs" that you want on the layout screen must be separately created on the layout screen and mapped to the address as shown on page 15 of the keyboard for that output. Hope this helps
