Hello, Everyone:

I saw this notice in the home page and wanted to know if Tom retired. If so, that is a pity since he was a very helpful representative and wish him all the best. ThumpUp

Thank you.

Have a great Sunday.

Hi!

RIP stands for "Requiescat in pace". It's not really retirement.

See this thread:

Thank you for letting me know.

I am very sad at hearing this bit of news.

Tom was a name you could count on in what is often an insensitive world in this hobby.

May Tom indeed rest in peace; he earned it.

It appears Dr Tom's son is liquidating his collection.

But I do have the obligatory (six) SBB Krocs
ECoS 50200, all FX and MFX decoders replaced with ESU V4s, operated in DCC-RailCom+ with ABC brake control.
With the exception of the passenger wagens with Marklin current conducting couplers, all close couplers have been replaced with Roco 40397.

It would seem to me that excluding European bidders from participating in the auctions (or at least excluding Europe from shipping) might limit the number of bids. Confused
