Hello.

First HelpDesk question. Cool

Did you updated the CS2 to the lastest level?

Cheers,

Hi!

Welcome to the forum!

I read somewhere that you can start the boot process by pressing the STOP button if it does not stop automatically. But I never tried it.

Tom

Well, hard to say... but, yes, you could have an energy problem... If the CS doesn't have the amount of voltage that is necessary, maybe the hardware protects itself by shutting down automatically... (and do not boot).

If you have a friend in Korea with another CS, a good test is to exchange the transformer... also good is to measure the voltage before the transformer and after it (but before connect to the CS).

Cheers,

Walter

An question
What do you mean transformer?
If you have CS2 60215,you must use rectifiers 60061 at 60VA(standard H0 scale).

DCC = Digital Command Control

That's not true. You can still run the CS2 on 16 V AC with a 60 VA transformer.

I use the old blue one, (6631) 16 V 30 VA for (60215) CS2/ 2 x MS2 without problems.
