Back in my old days on here, there was a write up of how to put full valve motion on the little common model 3000 0-6-0 switcher, replacing the simplified side rod set up. Dont remember what parts were needed but it really made the engine look much more scale and less toy like. Anybody know what it takes or have done this? Mike

I've heard it is possible to adapt the motion from the BR80, but I haven't tried it. I think you have to change the wheels as well as the rods and valve gear.
