Hi

I've just received an online order for the s-bahn 37506. Have tried to program with MS2 with no luck. Then tried analogue and discovered the set is not picking up power. Thought it may be I'm not coupling correctly and this may still be the case, but the couplers seem to be locking (although not as tight as ICE couplers). Not sure where to go now and would welcome any suggestions.
