Hi guys,

I have a few tinplate coaches with no interior fittings and I've bought some of the old 0225 sets to fit in them. I've never done this before and I would be interested in advice from those of you who may have experience of fitting these sets.

It seems a bit difficult to do anything from above due to the transverse bracing pieces across the tops of the coaches, to which the lighting sets are attached. Is it easier to fit interior details by seperating the coach bodies from the floors/chassis?

Is it best to make a false floor out of plastic and fit the seats and toilet compartments to this floor instead of directly to the coach?

I would be interested in any tips on how to achieve this.

Thanks.
Ray
