Joined: 21/01/2004(UTC) Posts: 1,260		I think Intermodellbau is very recommendable, especially if you are interested in more than just trains. But even if it is just trains there is plenty to see to fill a whole day. 2 entire messe halls if I'm not mistaken. About the same size as the IMA in Cologne, and comparable with it as far as trains go. Suppliers expose new items, but some sellers are there as well, and also various layouts etc. Not as many sellers or that good bargains as for example at Rail in Houten, but almost :). I went 2 times already and am considering to go again this time. My interests are trains (obviously), anything that flies (i might get a new RC heli) and RC tanks (I have a 1/16 RC Tiger I). Bert Tip: bring (loads of) money, there might be something you like ;)

And that these '88.000 visitors' are way too 'optimistic' and the number of visitors is in reality much lower.

		Matt Era 3 DB lokos, coaches and freight cars from across Europe But I do have the obligatory (six) SBB Krocs ECoS 50200, all FX and MFX decoders replaced with ESU V4s, operated in DCC-RailCom+ with ABC brake control. With the exception of the passenger wagens with Marklin current conducting couplers, all close couplers have been replaced with Roco 40397.
