They all gave me bits of information to use. Result:
PROBLEM SOLVED!I kept on being stuborn to use the CS2's supposedly built in ability to control the TT with the k84.
As I mentioned, it did not work.
This is what I came up with:

Works perfect.
What I needed was the abilty to reverse polarity at relay 1 on the decoder.
For the power supply I used an old laptop transformer. (DC)
The polarity reversing is being done by using the second set of contacts of the same relay.
The power is fed directly to centre contact, and by crossing the outer relay contacts, when you comand the relay left or right, it switches polarity.
When activating the TT, if you press the GO, the TT will turn until you hit the STOP button. If you only want to advance 1 track only, you just hit the STOP buton one.
I hope somebody else will benefit from my experience.
(While conducting different trials, I managed to fry 2 transistors, 3 ICs, which added many hours of useless troubleshooting that I have created
