Thanks in advance.

Hi Steven,

The number of pieces (700) is listed in this topic:
https://www.marklin-user...ault.aspx?g=posts&t=4408
I have to mention though, I'm somewhat concerned about the correctness of that number, some other websites state a production number of around 500. Anyhow, at Eurotrain the model never was a real bigseller, despite the good looks and performance. As a consequence it was dropped on the regular Märklin market and other dealers also had their share in the model at a slightly discounted price.

Production date must have been somewhere in 2005. Enjoy it! wink

@ Foumaro: correct, it is from the 00380 set...

@ Steven: It's always nice to see pictures, but in this case, I have seen the model in real life already, so don't go through the trouble of posting a picture if it's only for me. wink

I had pure luck, foumaro.

At one of my visits to the MMR dealer, the set was displayed on a "discount table" just inside his door. I simply had to buy it!
I have not descided if I prefer the old or the new version. From a tampering point of view the old is best.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for the photos of a great model.
Most of the sales information on this 37032.100 locomotive, does not list a glass/wooden display case.
It usually shows only the bow-tie presentation cover.
Was the wood/glass case added only be some dealers?

regards
Kimball

Yes I think the dealer added the display case but the same display case from Marklin with Carl Bellingrodt and Borsig Edition?

Hello this loco was made in 2004 for the dealer members of MC/Vedes/Spielzeug-ring in Germany, the Netherlands, Belguim, Austria and Liechtenstein. This Marklin 37032.100 also includes this glass/wooden display case

Awesome! I am jealous. I have the 26549 (38 1885) set but the weathered limited is a real beauty.

Too bad about the drive train issues with this model but at least they can be (mostly) fixed.
