The four seal bags in the MHI 47319 steel carrier set.

What is the parts in seal bags is use for? It look similar to traction tyres?

I think these are to tight the loads of the wagons together.

I have some cars with loads of wood which have straps that go across the stakes from one side to the other. Could that maybe be it? Nothing in the pictures that I have seen show anything like those black rubber bands though.

I want to get these wagons also and I hope you figure out what they are for eventually!

I think that they do hold the lengths of pipe together. The ones already there might only be there to hold them during transport?

M Customer service did not say about tyres on 47319.
