Short and sweet.....

Are they worthwhile using if you have a CS2 ???? Assuming that they don't cost too much. I imagine that ultimately (in a year or 2) using computer control they are somewhat redundant ?

There are 5 of them going on Oz eBay tonight but they have already past the cost of the parts...... oh well, was a nice thought for awhile.

Sad when its cheaper to buy a new 29640 starter set from Germany than a CS2 on its own in Oz, welcome to the joys of Marklin down under .

With computer control they could be obsolete - depends on how computer control will be implemented.

I am working eight semaphore marklin signals with 72441 for about 10 years with my beloved 6021 and about 2 years with CS2.They worked perfect with both systems without any problem at all.ThumpUp

Thanks guys,

Unfortunately what I thought I may have been able to pick up cheap looks like going for way more than they are worth. I could cobble together a dozen of them for the price they look like selling for.

Oh well, such is life.
