I have on order an L88 (Walthers has no expected delivery date). I will connect this to my CS2. I will also connect my older S88 to the L88. Does the L88 come with the cable to connect to the CS2 or do I also need to order this (60884)?

Regards
Harvey

The L88 uses the 6017x plug on your CS2 or a plug on a Terminal 60125. That type of cable is permanently attached to the L88, so you can say it is included. The L88 also requires a power supply (usually the same that comes with starter sets) 66365 (120 v US) or 66361 (230 v).

The 60884 cable is for connecting the new S88 AC (60881) modules to the CS2 (or existing 6088/60880 modules) without using the L88. You do not really need that cable for your project.

Hi Harvey,

There is also an installation procedure on page 18 of the attached notice.
The goal is to indicate the CS2 how many units are hoocked on each Link S 88 attached and registered to it.
Failure to do it results in the CS2 not scanning the unit(s) attached to the Link S 88.
Also must redo after each CS2 update.
Cheers

Jean

Thanks for this information - so I don't need to buy the 60884 cable. BigGrin BigGrin BigGrin But, as I have both a 6017 and 60174 booster attached to the CS2, I will need to buy a 60125. Save here, spend there. Also, thanks for the manual. Will require careful reading.

Regards
Harvey
