Hi

I am using an MS2 controller (firmware v1.81) with a number of locs that have ESU Loksound decoders, but am having problems accessing all of the functions which should be programmed.

For example, if I just use "Find", the MS2 will find the loc OK, but only shows 4 functions as being available. If I find the loc manually and define it as DCC, then the MS2 shows 12 functions as being available. However, I know that there are another 3 functions programmed on the decoder.

Can anyone suggest how I can access the additional functions with the MS2?

Thanks

Hi!

Change the loco and assign symbols for all supported functions up to F15 (Change Loco => Loco Functions, also see page 14 of the MS2 manual).
You can also use symbols that are a better match than the default F symbol.

Tom

Hi

Thanks! That did the trick. I hadn't realised that it was just a case of adding an icon for the "missing" functions.
