Hooking up a set of 5137s to an ESU Switchpilot 2.0, the switch lights seemed rather dim. I followed the directions and wired the two blues to Out A and Out B and the yellow to C. Switch lights were barely visible. I took a chance and moved the yellow to the yellow connector on my transformer (6001) and lights were the way I expected them. I'm a little reluctant to leave them wired that way, but it seems like a harmless way to wire things up. And it gives me the result I wanted. Anyone using the current switchpilots with old 6001/6021/6040 setup find fault with leaving it this way?

Maybe you did hooked wrong way with the wires?
If you have external power (trafo) feed to the switch pilot,you will get extra power to feed output to the turnouts which do have lighting bulb too.
