Hi!
Welcome to the forum.

To get PC control with the Mobile Station you have to use non-Märklin products. Märklin want you to buy the Central Station 2 for PC or tablet control.

Tom

One supplier (site in German and English - not much in English, try a translator):
http://www.can-digital-bahn.com/news.php

A DIY project (site in German only):
http://www.skrauss.de/modellbahn/gboxcan.html

I haven't tried any of those, so I cannot give further help with them.
Regards
Tom

here a cheap way to reach your goal:
http://lnxpps.de/bpie/

The BananaPi has a CAN-Controller on board to connect to M*rklins 60113 (aka Gleisbox). I've created two images (DHCP-Client or DHCP-Server) for easy setup. While the BananaPi runs fine with Rocrail (server program is part of the image) M*rklins App and PC program also work together with this setup. But you need to copy some files in some combinations by hand.

Regards

Gerd
