hi everyone,

I didn't see any mentions of the show here yet, so I thought I'd put a note up. The MEA (Marklin Enthusiasts of America) is putting on a european train show on October 24th at the Trolley Museum (adjoining steamtown national park) in Scranton PA. I went to the event last winter and I had a great time. Full info is below, but as someone who went the first time last fall here are some reasons it is worth attending:

- Its at the only national park for railroads! TONS of amazing real trains are there to see. That is worth the trip alone. They have a Big Boy!
- On a related note, you can take a real train or trolley ride while you are there
- The show tables are really cheap ($5!) so no good reason not to come sell some odds and ends, hopefully to purchase some new ones at the show.
- Lots of fun trains, and mixed euro scales/points of interest. Compared with eurowest it was fun to see a lot of Z and N scale as well as HO, and other items.
