Hello friends,
I am starting with the construction of my layout.
It is an AC, digital, h0, C gleis, Marklin Layout.
I would like to install the new line of digital semaphores.
My question is, Is there any way to switch the stoping funtion on or off?
I would like to use the layout sometimes full manual and sometimes auto, but i supose once you install the isolated track segments, you can not avoid to stop the train in red light loosing the manual control.
One crazy idea: if i use a booster to wire o only all the isolated segments and choose to turn it on or off, Can i replicate the signal from the CS2 and do not stop the train?
I hope you can help me with these cuestions?
Best regards
C. Pomés

Hi and yes, there is a way. All I did to some of my signals where I wanted to turn off the "stop block" was to connect an on/off switch (I used very inexpensive

wall light switches) to the block area. I did this to facilitate bi-directional travel where the train would not stop at the red light/arm when it was coming from the

opposite direction just like the prototype. It's a pretty easy wiring job. Good luck, Peter Cool
