Hi!
It's me again.
I wanted to know if the Marklin set 43586 could move on it's own.
I saw that it had a current collector on photos.

The answer is no, it can't move on it's own, as in the prototype.
Mä 43856 has a current collector for the lights. By using current conducting couplers you can also light other cars in the consist.
A hint: a Märklin reference starting by 4 (4xxx, 4xxxx) is always a coach, wagon or non-motorised dummy locomotive. Locomotives have references starting by 3 (3xxx, 3xxxx). This is the general rule, one exception to it is that locomotives and wagons in sets have no individual references.
