I have no doubt if collectively pooled our Marklin budget for two or three years as a group, we could afford this and start a museum. Wink Who is up for the job as grounds keeper?

In single point perspective, where do track lines meet?

That was my dream many moons ago, a few acres with a creek and a train line.

Of course a temperite* and gas barby would be on one of the flat cars........ too bloody old and decrepit now Sad Crying

(*temperite - Ozzie device for keeping beer cold)
Sad when its cheaper to buy a new 29640 starter set from Germany than a CS2 on its own in Oz, welcome to the joys of Marklin down under .

This place has been on the market for at least 2 years , it would be a nice retirement investment , good climate on the US west coast , BUT the price is just a little out of reach at the moment although it comes with all engines , rolling stock , workshop & car barn & engine house . I didn't see any where to store the RV so that is a negative & the house is rather small when you think of how many free loaders there would be dropping in just to play trains .

Cheers Tom in Oz .

Tom,

Concept might be build a small set of accommodations to have people stay, for a fee. Guesthouse for hire, so to speak.
