I have been doing some research on this model & found this link in Danish {?} . About 3/4 of the way down the page there is a photo of just the table by itself & a small barrel type motor beside it . Do I take it as there is a possibility of this motor fitting in the control space & is able to drive the moving table without the gears originally fitted .

I have just brought a new motor to fit from Tootoot in Nz & this works well, I am just looking at possibilities of what could be done in the future . Who makes this barrel motor ,Faulhaber or SB Modellbau ?

Many Thanks in Advance ,

Tom in Oz .

Arh Tom, what link Blink
Sad when its cheaper to buy a new 29640 starter set from Germany than a CS2 on its own in Oz, welcome to the joys of Marklin down under .

The motor is listed as FH 1624, so it is a Faulhaber motor with gears from SB Modellbau.
