According to a German website, the announced 37929 would only be available for those shops which have visited the Marklin stand during the Nueremberg tradefair.
Who can verify this please?

The Messelok is always a bonus. Dealers get it depending on the pre-orders they place at the Nuremberg toy fair.

As Tom stated, orders for the Messelok had to be placed at the Maerklin stand, so it would only be available through dealers or distributors who were present. You should check with your dealer to see if they are able to obtain one for you. If not, I expect that a number of these will show up on ebay after the become available.

What is the Messelok different or special to the same look model as 37923 BR41 except for exclusive dealer by pre-ordering at fair stand of Marklin ?

The pricing is incredibly worth 660 euro! Scared

It is a BR 41 with a servo in the tender that moves the pile of coal up and down.
So far this was available for BR 01 only.

Hi all,

Concerning pricing; the price at this dealer is really, really different: http://www.ajckids.com/products/Marklin/37929
Wonder which price is reflecting the real RRP...

Remove 19% for VAT and you get to AJCKids' price.
Usually they are standard RRP because they buy from Walthers who make their money on that 19%. Perhaps they have gone direct too like Michael at Euro Model Trains. If they didn't, then they will loose US customers to Michael.

ECoS 50200, all FX and MFX decoders replaced with ESU V4s, operated in DCC-RailCom+ with ABC brake control.
With the exception of the passenger wagens with Marklin current conducting couplers, all close couplers have been replaced with Roco 40397.

The image of 37929 BR41 is found in the insider Club Magazine 2/2015 - See online view if you log in insider site.

It came with lower and rise coal in the tender (same as 39008 BR01).

Exactly, Marklin marketers must be using some serious illegal substances!
