Hello,

I am a new participant in the forum, however I have been monitoring the discussions for the past 5 months or so. I am returning to Marklin after a 15 year absence and I really appreciate the information that is available on the marklin-users.net.

I would like to obtain a copy of WinTrack. I downloaded the trial copy from the english site a month ago and I like what I have been able to do so far.

I see that the Wintrack.de site is offering a new upgrade to V7.0 and I have written to the english site to ask if they would also be upgrading. Unfortunately, despite two e-mails sent to: rvorders@rv2000 I have not received a reply after waiting two weeks.

I am a somewhat hesitant to send off an order for software, using a credit card, to a place that will not respond to inquiries about their product.

I see that there have been several past discussions about WinTrack on the forum and I would appreciate it if those who own the software would share their experiences in dealing with the distributor.
Regards,
John

I called Bob Bell on July 8th and received Wintrack V6.1 on July 15th. One certainly can't ask for much better service than that!!

The English language edition of V7.0 will be available around Christmas time.

I certainly appreciatie Stephen's help, and I also like the idea that I was able to buy the application from a U.S. dealer.
Regards,
John
