Not me, but my cousin had, many years ago. The tracks were blue at that time.

Every time I visited him, we were crawling on the floor with his Lego train.

John,
With 8 pages devoted to this discussion I apologize if Alco's model RSD-15 has already been considered as an "honorary gator". If not, here are some photos:

Guess it's time for my first post in this thread.. I have the analog 3300 set and a digital 3652 so I guess I'm allowed to be here [:I]

Anyway, I really wanted to ask if the Ae 8/14 is also considered a reptile? Or is it more like a very big mammal? A mammoth or a mastodont for example...

Just got one today and it's surely one giant of a locomotive. I kind of consider it as a "supercroc" http://www.supercroc.org/

Have sound on when you click the link biggrin

Went to my local dealer yesterday to pick some more of the new current conducting couplers but as usual arrived home with lots more wink
Yesterday it was this beautyful 39560 which I spotted on my dealers shelf - seeng that it was on red on M's site I figured that I better secure it before it became "rare" - the excuses I can make up for buying yet another lok are limitless biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Thus #39560 may be M's TOP CROCO [:p] and #39221 may be M's TOP GATOR [:p]
I hope no one visits a poor Southener's layout in Brooklyn. Intruders beware of Gators.
