Hi

I am new to DCC
I have purchased a new startup set from marklin with the new Central station 60214.
By mistake when I was calibrating the stylus pen my hand hit a wrong area and calibration was wrongly set.
and since then i was not able to bring the cursor to the Setup menu due to wrong calibration to recalibrate again.
Is there a way to reach the setup menu other than by stylus, or to reset the CS to out of box status?
i am stuck and not able to do any settings.

thanks for help

Hi!

Use a computer mouse with USB plug to save your CS2. With the mouse you can still reach the Setup menu.

Tom

Me too a few months ago, by missing one of the 4 corners in the calibration process. After sheer panic I was able to approximate where the setup menu might be and after a few attempts actually successfully got it to launch.

Nice to know that a mouse through the USB port would have saved me a lot of anxiety, or provide me with an easier fix in case this ever happens again.

Same problem as eloquently described. I was looking for a 'reset' button or similar having somehow screwed it up and unable to get the little arrow to the top of the screen. Panic over, I shall try the mouse and USB port technique. Many thanks and much relief. IanC
