I offer the line of Luetke Modellbahn kits and have heard great things from my customers and had fun building a couple of the smaller kits myself. Documentation is purely in German, but I am willing to help translate if there are any issues. And most model kits don't have text anyway, so based on the diagrams you should be ok.

They have so many varieties of kits not offered by any other manufacturer.

I do not have experience with MBZ as they have not replied to my dealer inquiries.

I saw both these companies' products at Altenbeken and Intermodellbau in May and bought items from both.
The range is extensive and they look much better than Faller or kibri. I have not made them yet but have read
the instructions and opened the packaging and all seems straightforward. A we bit pricey though.

If you are still interested in MBZ building kits in z-scale, the Z Trains Weekly website has a good series of posts about the MBZ kits: https://ztrainsweekly.com/category/mbz/

(I'm sorry, I don't know the author of the site.)

I have put together a fair number of the MBZ Z scale kits (no experience with Luetke kits). Once completed, painted and weathered, they do have a quite realistic look.

I found the instructions to be okay, but I had to get used to the style (mostly pictograms with arrows indicating how most parts should go together). Looking carefully at the photo on the package, or at the 'Fotogalerie' on the MBZ website, can be really helpful. On some kits, I couldn't find a part or two and had to make them (not a big deal). Once you've done one or two, they do get easier.
