Hi
I need to extend the length of the lead on my Mobile Station 2 to the connection box
I believe Marklin make several different leads which is the correct one ? 60126?

Any ideas?

None.

To make it correct when using the CS2: 60126+60125+60124.

People successfully jammed the MS2 into the 60126 and then the 60126 into the CS2. But this is a not-terminated siding of the CAN bus.

Märklin have no proper solution for the MS2/trackbox combination.
The 60126 may still work. You just have to jam a 10-pin plug into a 9-pin socket and a 9-pin plug into a 10-pin socket.
Regards
Tom

What is the point of all the different extension leads when they don't fit any of the system controllers!

The CAN bus needs termination at both ends. The MS2 is a siding without termination - length is limited to assure reliable operation.
There are third-party and DIY extension cords you can use at your own risk.

Märklin only offers solutions with proper termination - and only for the Central Stations.

The 60122 may not be "just a cable", but for the 60113/6 it gives you 1.8m of extra length.
