Before signal 72XX. There are two blue wire and a yellow wire can be connected to K83 6083.

Does lights 76XXX has two blue wires and a yellow wire?

Before I designed the C track, when the train through 24994 ( C STRAIGHT CIRCUIT TRACK 3-3/4),C track 24611 (C TRACK LEFT TURNOUT) and 76495 lights will change (the same time).

How to use 76XXX signal in the K83 6083 and 24611 and 24994?

You would NOT connect a 72xx (Analogue control box) directly to a k83 (Digital Control Box)

The 763xx Yes - BLUE = actually 4 "equavalent" blue wires for up to 4 signal aspects
The 764xx No.

The 76xxx has its own decoder and does not need a 6083(0) k83

Will 76XXX can be connected to C track 24611 (C TRACK LEFT TURNOUT)?

No, Not connected together

You may use some additional controller device that causes the Signal to do something at the same time as it changes the Turnout .

Analogue
Assuming your 76xxx means a 763xx generation signal, then it could be used in analogue mode and you could have a wire from a 727x control box to switch both it and the turnout.

Digital
For digital control of your 24611, you will need a decoder - here a k83 could be used as the go-between
The 76xxx is quite capable, as it has an internal decoder as standard.

A digital controller would then be able to send commands to each device . In most cases these days a single route can be configured to do the two operations with the single press of a button.

If it is automation you are after then
Analogue
The 727x analogue control switch can be replaced (augmented) with switch of a circuit/contact track from the layout

Digital
A similar Circuit/Contact track, as above, could send its trigger to the controller who in turn would activate the route(s).
This does require an additional - S88/6088(x) - interface box for the controller to receive the trigger through.
