The difference is that the first set has one yellow hook (per side) [see left side bogie] while the second set has two yellow hooks per side. There will also be a model of this type of car from Hobbytrain, a 2 car set H42060 SBB Cargo and a second set H42061 with one SBB Cargo and one SBB "Zucker faehrt ein" livery.
