It is sitting on a piece of C track, so is HO.

I don't recall Trix doing a Fine Art version of that loco. It could be Fulgarex or Lemaco. They do small quantity runs of unusual locos.

I assume it is a Trix Fine Art cat. no. 42227, the KPEV T16.
