Hi all, this may have been discussed here before but here we go. How well does "Artitec" wagons with DC wheel sets run on C-Track? I am getting six DR Koln low bed wagons with WW2 axis Tanks etc. I just would like to know if I need to order six sets of AC wheels for this or not before shipment. I look forward to your answers.

Hi Dave,

Member mattj70 has quite a few of these Artitec models.

Here is one of his topics on the subject (I think you even joined in).

Hi Dave, I have a couple of the Artitec flat cars with DC wheel sets (4 axle trucks) carrying Artitec WWII Tiger Tanks and have had no trouble running them on C-Track. They run well through both large and small radius C-Tracks switches including double crossover switches. I did however change out the Artitec supplied couplers with Marklin close coupling couplers for esthetic reasons...............Sandy

Hi Sandy & Kimball, many thanks for reply. I was a bit concerned that it might derail & cause damage to those beautifully detailed tanks & half tracks. I put my order in & at least I don't have to for out an extra EUR 5.55 x 6.

Thanks guys for your speedy replies.
