Joined: 13/10/2015(UTC) Posts: 2 Location: Niedersachsen, Stade		Dear all, I'm located in Germany and looking for owners, who managed to get one of approx. 12 special models BR 53 0003 with trailer 52 1911, all shipped in a special box. build as prototypes in 1999 I would like to check all serial numbers of these engines. Mine is H9043280. In addition, I would like to collect any existing informations, confirming the maximum number of produced prototypes 37021. Marklin has already confirmed, that these boxes have been built. They refused to confirm the production numbers. Any help is appeciated. Best regards, Papavonmaxi

Joined: 21/10/2004(UTC) Posts: 31,606 Location: United Kingdom		The tender 52 1911 was from the insider 37171 BR52. I can not find information in the Koll book on 37021 with case.
		Large Marklinist 3- Rails Layout with CS2/MS2/Boosters/C-track/favorites Electric class E03/BR103, E18/E118, E94, Crocodiles/Steam BR01, BR03, BR05, BR23, BR44, BR50, Big Boy.

It took me about 15 years to receive a written confirmation by marklin, that these cases have been built in 1999. They refuse to confirm any number, how much cases they produced as prototypes. Therefor we are looking all over the world to find the owners. We identified already 3 owner in Germany, still fitting in a serial-number range of 12. Next step will be to hand over all informtions to Koll.
