Is the version with correct pantographs? I think it is a replacement that same from the late 1950s 3015 crocodile?

I check the Koll book and the version 3 or 4 but pantographs not matching above. Version 5 matching above but not square handrail on front.

The CCS800 have square handrails on front with wide head pantographs like this. >LINK<

Well the colour is correct for CCS800.3 of 1948/9 which I think is when he said it was purchased.

Kolls shows pictures for .2 and .4, both with the style of pantograph in your second link, but the .5 has pantographs of the style in the ebay offering. However I don't know that the original style of pantograph would fit in the wooden packing piece, but I am not an expert on these. It could be that the pantographs were changed, but I don't think I would let that worry me.

Kolls gives Euro 3000 in brackets for a .3 version, and this one looks like it has bid up to an acceptable level considering the damage and possible pantograph change.

The pantographs in the photos are Typ 5 and the pantgraphs for a CCS800.3 (1948-1949) should be Typ 4.1.
Pantographs Typ 5 came between 1950 and 1954 in the CCS800.5 and CCS800.6.
The lightbars are flat which means the CCS800 is a version below .5 which is in accordance with the description.
The difference between a .3 and .4 is that the .4 has a large sandbox with ribbing and was delivered in 1950. I am not expert to tell you if the sandbox is big or not.
Probably it is a CCS800.3 with replaced pantographs as you say. If it is acceptable or not, depends on each one and off course, the price also.
There is also the possibility of buy it as it is and buy Typ 4.1 pantographs and sell the Typ 5 but I have no idea of easy or difficult that is.
