Hi Dusan, I've just noticed you were not "running round" with these Loco's..... It does look really good and the speed is awesome. Is it a CS2 controlling them and if so what is the speed dial set at. Ian.

Is it a CS2 controlling them and if so what is the speed dial set at. Ian. We've set the modular up again since the exhibition and allowed more room at the far window side, but I still can't keep up with the ICE, so the 'helicopter' view. The speed was set at 'flat chat' on the CS2 - 250. So was the SAPSAN. I have another ICE 3, three car unit, originally brought out as a special Märklin/Stuttgart VBF eight dip switch decoder model, that went quite a bit faster then the latest ICE, and when I ran it at the exhibition three years ago it got a lot of comments on its' speed (that's why I super elevated the bends). I'd like to get these new units running at that speed as well but am loath to fiddle with the settings unless I'm quite sure I won't stuff anything up. |

Hi Dusan, Thanks for the info. Flat out on the CS2, don't think my M track could cope with that. Ian.

When the ICE stopped running a couple of TEE's took their place. The helicopter was still in the air, so I kept filming Enjoy.

Hi Dusan, Great video's, can you get the Helicopter to pull back a bit and get the overall layout in. As you might have guessed my favourite is your Banana Train but did I notice a couple of imposters in that train. Really enjoy your video's, I appreciate the time taken to show them. Ian.

At the end of the day the best came along. 1958 era V200 running old thunder boxes - museum train I suspect. And the old E 70 running old beer wagons
That's all for now, until the helicopter gets refueled (sometime in the next four weeks) . See if I can get the whole layout in the video as Ian requested |

Very Nice Video's Dusan You should be able to edit the speed of any MFX decoder with the CS2. Ignore the warning and go on to have a look at the settings. Factory default is usually flat out except for a few models like the Rail Buses, where it mentions not to fiddle with the speed in the handbook. Not having a factory MFX ICE III, I can't check mine to be sure tho |
