Well finished the contact tracks for the outer track, fiddled with ITRAIN Software and got the basic blocks and route set up. I had 3 trains running and no fatalities: here is the proof. Now th e Shuttles and then the outer track and then having the trains stop at the station.

Today finally got ITRAIN Sorted (Well sort of) . I have one shuttle running between 3 stations and stopping whee they should. All I need to do now on the shuttle line is to get the second one running and have them pass on the passing loop. Not much else happening until this is all sorted. Nev

Nev,
How does this work with your shuttle train, the train comes up the hill goes past the siding and stops at the station goes onto the top station. when you have 2 running in opposite directions and using the loop (siding) as a meeting point the train would have to stop twice, I assume going down hill and stops at the station and the loop while the train coming up goes past the siding and stops at the station.
Would it be easier to relocate the station into the siding area ?
regards.,
John |

John, It can be done with signals, the Black art and obscure computer commands. When I get two trains running the passing loop is the passing point.
No room and I cannot move the station as it is the feeder to the main station.

Some updates, The layout elf called by a week ago (or a bit later) and we completed the wiring of the S88 contacts into the S88 units, today I managed to get the storage level 3 dead-end tracks into a steam through tracks. Due to some undocumated or advised changes the drawing the Jacques did not quite fit (My Fault there) Just had to use some different size tracks, but now done. Do not look at the sawdust or track connections. Some Pickies and a Very very small video:

Well not much done except hiden wiring, I THINK that I am nearly finished there. Have not been able to do much again as change of Pills left me knackered. However have taken a small Axe to the scenery. Making a change to the southern end (the one near the fridge that is no longee there). On the other end where the shuttle goes I have begun to make changes to track layout. Going to Put in a Cattle/Sheep (for the NZers)loading dock siding. Have just got on ebay some cattle cars. Pickies to follow.
