Hi everyone,

Bought 2 of the "Ludmillas" a while back.

The DB Cargo (original)
Hoeren Sie mich (Can you here me) with "Silent Slider" this was replaced with the housing of the BR 234

They both Roco and one of them was with an advertising logo, which I've changed the housing to a DB BR 234. (waited about 12 month for it)
They are very powerful and noisy even as a model.
it has 4 powerd axles and normally 4 rubbertyres, 2 on each bogie.
I've increased this to 8 rubber tyers.
The lights ar derived from light tubes and lit by small bulbs which I've also changed to led's as they get to too hot and deform the light tubes.
One loco has an ESU sound decoder 2 in it and the other a version 4 decoder.

I'm fond of these locos (originating in the former East germany, manufactured in Russia) as they are doing what they suppose to be.
the length of 238cm makes it stand out from the rest.
Weight: 578g
Metal frame, plasticce housing

John
